USSR and China under Joseph Stalin?s and Mao Zedong?s totalitarian communistic regimes turned into world powers, however the leaders crossed in all moral boundaries by killing tens of cardinals of people, and by creating oppression.
After Vladimir Lenin?s death, Joseph Dzhugashvili took over the government. By that time, however, Dzhugashvili was known by a distinguishable name he created for himself ? Joseph Stalin, which in translation from Russian way ?Man of Steel.? His rule was indeed one of a tyrant, and was mark by his intolerance to any adversary.
